Sarah Wheeler is a certified interpreter, educator, and the founder of InterpretReflect and Building Bridges Global LLC. With dual Master's degrees in Education and a specialty focus on interpreter wellness, Sarah has dedicated her career to supporting the interpreting community. Her work bridges the gap between emotional intelligence research, neuroscience, and practical applications for working interpreters. Through InterpretReflect, she's created a platform that combines AI-powered support with evidence-based wellness practices. Sarah is a RID CMP-approved sponsor and regularly presents on topics including vicarious trauma, emotional regulation, and sustainable interpreting practices. She believes that taking care of interpreters is essential for taking care of the communities they serve.
